FCWG Connected By 25 National Demonstration
In 2005, FCWG funders launched a national demonstration based on the Connected by 25 Investment Agenda in the states of California, Florida, and Indiana. The FCWG produced a review of lessons learned from the national demonstration in 2010: Ensuring Youth Transitioning from Foster Care are Connected by 25: Lessons Learned from the Foster Care Work Group.
In addition, the Stuart Foundation and the Walter S. Johnson Foundation published a report detailing promising strategies that emerged from the California Connected by 25 Initiative.
Although investments by FCWG funders have largely concluded, work in Florida and Indiana continues. To learn more about each of the Connected by 25 sites, visit their websites at:
FCWG Connected By 25 National Demonstration
